I was thinking how one person can measure himself/herself. I am doing something; but I may not be doing something else. So how to measure? Leaving aside all the personal affair, I want to restrict my discussion only to professional field(Particularly For technical software professional, even reducing the audiences).But you all can of course look at it.
The pillers that I am going to mention used to be the SPOT award giving criterion for ASM COE in MIcrosoft. Forget its root cause, but the they have come to those pillers, really great. In Microsoft, I always respect one thing-- PROCESS. everything and everyone here follow process. Though you can say sometimes it does not give the intended result, but for a huge company like MIcrosft, you cannnot survive without the word PROCESS.
Here I go...following attributes can act as a measure to judge who you are, where you are:

· Passionate
· Innovative
· Dependable
· Collaborative
· Trusted Advisor
· Technical Excellence
· Leadership
· Result Focus
I am not going into the detials of each if those(I have it with mine if you required).
Point I want to make here whenever YOu feel like judging yourself, try compare yourself in resect of those parameters.
